This was a fun puzzle that was well received at an in-person puzzle party in 2012. Players received a box of small cards with various images, plus segments of a circular board.
The board has an inner track and an outer track, with operations for each segment. For example, the outer track might direct you to change an “N” to a “C”, while the inner track directs you to insert a letter.
The goal was for the players to collaboratively place the cards on the board in such a way that the transformations could be applied all the way around the circle for both tracks.
Cards, card boxes, and track segments were cut on a Silhouette Cameo, but can be done by hand if you don’t mind a little manual labor.
